What's new in Ubuntu 15.04 Vivid final Vervet?

The major change is the replacement of the manager systemd init by upstart.This change affects all versions of Ubuntu not just the desktop versions. also locally integrated menus (LIM) will be enabled by default. LIM provides for information to the menus when the windows are not maximized on the upper panel, but on the window itself. Ubuntu 14.04 LTS from the menus in applications are made for their return. This option can be activated easily in the appearance settings that modify the menu display, because it is not enabled by default.
